01Email

Write with your company name, mandate, and preferred capacity scope in MW.

02Response

We confirm receipt by email and, once a mutual NDA is agreed, share documents in stages.

03NDA

A standard bilateral NDA, signed and returned. No fees and no obligations.

04Virtual Data Room (VDR)

Data room access: corporate documents, municipal resolutions and agreements, grid correspondence and studies, site survey and photos, and utilities confirmations.

05Due Diligence

Your team reviews the documentation. Questions are answered by email.

06Term Sheet

Transaction structure agreed. Term sheet issued. Legal process initiated under Romanian and EU law.

We do not use LinkedIn or other social platforms as a contact channel for this project: email is the only route in, and every reply comes from a named person on the team above. Unsolicited approaches through other channels will not be answered.

Operations

Operations would follow grid connection approval and construction permits, neither of which exists yet. No schedule is committed.
