This is what we have. No more, no less.
A first stage of about 3 ha (30,000 m²) next to a live Transelectrica 400/220/110 kV substation, with expansion potential toward 31 ha, not secured. A strategic partnership with the Municipality, whose Council has moved the parcel into the municipality’s private domain (June 2026). The land route (concession or purchase) is being finalised with the Municipality. No ATR yet, and no capacity allocated to the project. That is where the project stands today. It is not a finished site, a powered asset or a building. An early-stage position with one asset most sites don’t have: direct adjacency to a substation that's already live.
The offer: the sale of 80 to 90% of Resita Data Infrastructure SRL, the project company, to a partner who takes the site through land, grid connection and development. The founder stays as minority shareholder and local operating partner. Intermediary fees are paid only on success, by the buyer; no retainer, no upfront payments.
